Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself. By channeling universal life force energy, I assist you in clearing energetic blockages and restoring balance on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Reiki can leave you feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and more connected to your own inner peace and wisdom.

Quantum Soul Healing developed as my distance Reiki sessions became increasingly powerful. Using a chakra mat, crystals, angel cards, and my intuitive guidance, I focus on targeted healing work and receive messages from the universe to support your journey.

During each session, I document intuitive insights on a chakra healing chart for later review with you. In Quantum Soul Healings, I also provide you with a photo of your chakra mat, photos and explanations of any angel cards that were pulled during the healing session.

Both guide you into a deeply relaxed state to access the subconscious, explore past lives, connect with your Higher Self, and uncover the roots of physical, emotional, or spiritual issues—often leading to clarity, healing, and renewed purpose. QHHT is a structured, in-person technique focused on past life regression and Higher Self communication

BQH builds on QHHT, using a heart-centered, intuitive approach that blends energy healing, guided visualization, and other tailored modalities, offered both in person and remotely.

What to Expect During a QHHT® Session

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®)

QHHT is a structured, in-person journey into the deepest levels of consciousness for healing, clarity, and soul guidance.

Intention Setting & Life Discussion

We begin by discussing your life story, health concerns, emotional challenges, and questions you’d like to ask your Higher Self. This helps set the tone for the session and builds trust.

Deep Hypnosis & Relaxation

Using a time-tested script developed by Dolores Cannon, I guide you into a deep level of hypnosis where past lives and Higher Self guidance become accessible.

Past Life Exploration

You’ll be gently guided through one or more past life experiences that are most relevant to your current healing or growth. These experiences often provide powerful insight and perspective. Very often, simply understanding is enough to complete the healing process.

Higher Self Connection

Together, we connect with your Higher Self (also called the Subconscious or Oversoul) to ask your prepared questions. You may receive guidance, clarity, or direct healing energy from this loving, all-knowing aspect of you.

Intention Setting & Life Discussion

Your Higher Self may offer healing on physical, emotional, or spiritual levels, addressing root causes of illness, patterns, or life challenges.

Integration & Audio Recording

Once you’re gently brought back to full awareness, we briefly discuss what came through. You’ll also receive an audio recording of the session to listen to later—often, deeper insights are revealed upon re-listening.

QHHT® sessions must be done in person and usually last 4 hours. You’ll want to take the rest of the day to rest and integrate.

BQH is a flexible, heart-centered healing experience that combines deep hypnosis, intuitive guidance, and other modalities (like Reiki, crystals, or sound) to support your healing and growth. Sessions can be done online or in-person.

We begin by discussing your background, current challenges, and what you’d like to explore or heal. This sacred conversation helps create the energetic space for transformation.

Gentle Induction & Relaxation

You’re guided into a deeply relaxed, meditative state using a flexible and intuitive approach. The hypnosis process is tailored to your needs and may include energy healing tools or spiritual guidance along the way.

Gentle Induction & Relaxation

You may visit past lives, parallel lives, symbolic realms, or healing spaces—whatever your Higher Self chooses to show you for your greatest good.

Dialogue with Your Higher Self

Energetic & Emotional Healing

The session may include energetic shifts, emotional release, or spiritual healing as directed by your Higher Self or spirit team. Reiki or other healing methods may also be integrated.

Integration & Audio Recording

After the session, we talk about what came through and how to apply it in your life. You’ll receive a recording so you can revisit the guidance at any time.

BQH sessions can be done online via Zoom or in-person. Plan 4 hours of session time plus time to rest afterward for integration.
